Finalization of FILCEB DTI SINULOG TRADE FAIR AT SM	Activity : SME TRADE FAIR at SM January 11. 2012 to January 22, 2012, FILCEB SME to Join the trade fair. Jan 9 – 1:00 pm  at DTI office Cebu;  briefing Jan 10 – 9 :00 pm to 12:00 mn - SM Ingress Cost of 2x3 sq m area is Php 15,000.00 which shall be divided among the 11 participants Agreement:  Php 2,000.00 per member for the whole event from Jan 11, 2012  to Jan 22,2012 - SM ground floor The application of FILCEB members to join the SME Trade Fair is closed and FILCEB BUSINESS CLUB no longer accepts participants except those listed in this minutes of meeting. Partnership of DTI and FILCEB  on SME INVESTMENT	Common facility from DTI – Cebu; Initial project support to FILCEB -Php 100,000.00 Discussions and recommendations on what project to implement: a.    Riso printing facility- Recommended by majority b.    Labelling machine c.    Plastic printing machine Common facility Project Php 5,000,000.00 a.    For project study or b.    Project proposal        i.    Equipment for packaging        ii.    Printing equipment for requirements of FILCEB members    Draft of proposal will be distributed to members by the President Rey Calooy in coordination with officers of FILCEB
3. Participation in the DTI-DOT project: Tindahan ni Pinoy	This is an invitation to members of FILCEB SME to display and sell products at the DTI-DOT project Tindahan ni Pinoy in Mandaue City, where tourist buses are expected to drop by. The cost  of rental per meter is Php 800.00/ per/mo/sqm. The available sizes of areas are   3, 6, 9,12 sq.m. Discussions on the price add-ons indicate commissions to coordinators who are expected to guide tourists to the TINDAHAN NI PINOY
